i googled the russian revolution which led to their civil war, the bolsheviks and the basis of lenin's political ideology. i also googled several members of the royal family family as well as one of the main guys involved in ther execution for more than three hours yesterday.
why did i do this? for fun. because i was curious. and a huge nerd.
and because i watched anastasia, which piqued my curiosity.
i'm like that damn cat. someday i'm going to die.

Don't feel too bad. I did a random article search on Wiki today and it came up with Springfield, Oregon... that led me on a wild goose chase for as many stats as I could find about this place and how many Springfields there are in the world. Turns out there are 31 in the US, 5 alone in Wisconson (can't make up their minds), 8 in England, one in Africa, and seven in Australia and New Zealand. Turns out that the "real" Springfield that's used for the Simpsons is this one in Oregon. They have a population of just over 50,000 and one of their most notable citizens is this dude Kip Kinkel who was a school shooter
